Stanley L. Geftic, Of Counsel

Stanley L. Geftic is a founding partner of Mintz & Geftic Law Firm since its inception in 1990. Since 1974, Mr. Geftic has focused his practice on product’s liability, construction accidents, and personal injury litigation.

Mr. Geftic prosecutes matters on behalf of seriously injured clients involved in automobile collisions, fall downs, defective products, construction accidents, as well as wrongful death and survivor actions. He has successfully recovered substantial compensation for his clients.

Mr. Geftic also represents clients in Municipal Court who are charged with motor vehicle violations, drunk driving, ordinance violations and disorderly persons. He has also been involved in complex construction contract litigation involving large contractual claims against public entities.

Mr. Geftic has worked as an engineer for the Department of the Army in one of their weapons divisions.

Mr. Geftic holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Engineering, a Masters in Business, and a Juris Doctorate degree, all from Rutgers-The State University. He is a recipient of the Prentice Hall Tax Award, is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society, was named Man of the Year by the North Jersey Federation, and graduated first in his Masters in Business class. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, The American Association for Justice, and he has served as a guest speaker for the New Jersey Law Journal.
