December 14, 2015 – On the eve of trial, Mintz & Geftic of Elizabeth negotiated a settlement of a lawsuit for $531,000.
$531,000 settlement of an automobile accident case, of which $430,000 was for negligence and $101,000 was for workers’ compensation benefits. The case involved mild traumatic brain injuries suffered by the plaintiff (Monmouth County, New Jersey 2015)
