Sandra started working as a file clerk for Mr. Mintz, in 1989, when she was still a student at Elizabeth High School. Sandra has developed into a legal secretary and paralegal. She is in charge of all aspects of the worker’s compensation files for the firm. She schedules client medical exams and manages the worker’s compensation calendar. Sandra also assists with the prosecution of personal injury cases, such as: products liability; medical malpractice; slip and falls; and automobile accident cases.
Sandra is more than our paralegal and Portuguese interpreter. She treats each of our clients like they are part of her family. Born in Portugal, her late father was a tireless constuction worker. Her husband, Jose, carries on the tradition of hard work as a construction worker. Sandra personally knows and understands the strong Portuguese work ethic.
Like our entire staff, she is committed to helping us fight for justice for our clients each and every day. She is bilingual in English and Portuguese.
Sandra was raised in Elizabeth, New Jersey and now lives in Linden, New Jersey. She is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters.
