Florence has been a paralegal for 46 years and has been with the firm of Mintz & Geftic, LLC, for 27 years. She has worked on all types of cases including: personal injury cases, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, products liability, automobile accidents, and complex business disputes.
Florence’s vast experience, as well as her dedication and commitment to helping the firm’s clients, has been instrumental in obtaining million dollar recoveries for our clients. Florence remains committed to helping us fight for justice for our clients each and every day.

Florence is a lifelong resident of Elizabeth, where she currently resides with her husband of 48 years. She has raised their five children in Elizabeth, and keeps the firm tied to its roots in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
